Migrate to CentOS Stream

If you're looking to migrate from CentOS 8 to CentOS Stream, it's relatively pain-free.

Just run through the following scripts:

yum update
yum install centos-release-stream
yum distro-sync
reboot

If you run a cat /etc/redhat-release you should see CentOS Stream release 8
