Apache rewrite rule spaces bug

Apache 2.4.37 introduces a bug with rewrite rule behaviour relating to spaces.
Previously, rewrite rules were happy to have spaces in, but due to a bug introduced to increase security, spaces cause this error to show in the logs:
AH10411: Rewritten query string contains control characters or spaces

To fix, simply add the "B" flag to any impacted rewrite rule.
