Ran down to Portman Road tonight to see Ipswich Town in action.
With a poor showing over the last couple of games, I really didn't know what to expect.
Thankfully we played particularly well, doing all the dirty stuff - tackling, tracking back, harassing and not giving them any time on the ball. Comfortable 2-0 victory tonight.
This was the first run out since my knee twinge on Sunday, and thankfully things went ok. Tonight was meant to be 7 miles, but I took a mile and a half off as I didn't want to push it. With the game intersecting two shorter runs, I think that helped too.
Decided to listen to Town 102 today to see what they had to offer. Two superb pieces tonight - Jump (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swzh0ngMNJo) and Empire State of Mind (part II) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMS5xQ_V0TQ)
Tonight was also the premier of my new arm light as purchased by my brilliant sister - here's a pic of it in action!
