After trying out some upper body weights yesterday in the gym with power-houses Darren and Dan, I fancied a little lunchtime run today.

Passing the local shops I breezed past Jason Dozzell, an Ipswich Town legend (http://www.footballfancast.com/football-blogs/happened-jason-dozzell)

Idea today was to do some interval training running up Bishop's Hill. But, as I was getting to that point I passed Holywell's Park, and with the weather being good turned in and had a look around to see if I could find an incline.

A lot of the park was hilly and muddy, apart from one stretch. Problem was this was an almighty incline - and reminded me of the good ole Travelator back in the days when Gladiators was good.

I managed 10 reps of bursting up the hill and jogging back down again, at which points my legs were burning. I had a short rest and jogged (albeit very slowly) back home for a well-earned shower.

Now, time for that chocolate milkshake my mum brought round this morning!
