Went out for a lunchtime jog today. There is a benefit working from home, in the fact that you can get showered and back at your desk in a few minutes!

I reversed the route from last week (http://www.adsar.co.uk/marathon/run.php?id=29) and enjoyed the sunshine and still winds. First part of the run was spent listening to the most recent Brasscast (http://www.brasscast.com) episode, with Sheik of Araby being particular enjoyable.

The rest of the run was accompanied with some songs from the Top 40, and the obligatory brass band tunes intertwined, courtesy of Nokia Music Player's random feature.

Last part of the run was spent pondering where I was going to run this weekend. It's all starting to become a bit daunting, with 16 miles scheduled for this Sunday.
